Customer responsibilities and site readiness
The customer should provide the agreed access and prepared site, use the furniture as instructed, keep operating zones clear and report abnormal operation promptly.
Normal wear, misuse and water damage
Normal wear, accidental or deliberate misuse, impact, unsuitable environmental conditions, water ingress and unauthorised modifications may sit outside coverage depending on the approved order terms.
Service-request procedure
Send the order reference, contact details, photographs or video and a clear description to ideagully@live.com or the published phone channel. The team will review the request before an inspection or corrective visit is scheduled.
Inspection and exclusions
Inspection establishes site condition, use, affected components and the applicable order terms. Parts, labour, transport and chargeable work are confirmed after assessment where relevant.
