Beyond the factory floor
Packing, dispatch, installation and snag closure remain part of the system.
Production quality has to survive transport and become a correctly installed room. Packing, site access, installation sequencing, operation checks and the final customer walkthrough are therefore planned as connected stages.
Post-installation support
Service requests are logged against the approved order and reviewed before corrective work is scheduled. Warranty coverage varies by product, hardware and order specification.
