Production should begin only after the room inputs, layout, finishes, scope, commercial terms and programme are agreed. That approval becomes the shared reference for cutting, fabrication, assembly and installation.
Production is a sequence of checks
Panel preparation, edge finishing, metal work, upholstery, surface finishing and assembly each have different controls. Dimensions, surfaces, hardware and mechanism operation are reviewed against the approved scope.

Installation completes the system
Correct packing, site readiness, access, installation, final operation checks and the customer walkthrough turn factory output into a completed room. Service requests are then handled against the approved order documents.
